Every hard problem is a high-entropy state — a fog of competing interests, incomplete data, and technical risk. Whether the domain is financial systems, real-world assets, AI deployment, or organizational security, the challenge is always the same: extract structure before committing.
The practice deliberately spans four areas — simulations, tokenized real estate, AI consulting, and security consulting — because the hardest problems live where those domains overlap, and fluency in each one makes the others clearer.
The name reflects that mission: negentropy — the extraction of order and structure from chaos. Rooted in Norbert Wiener's cybernetics and information theory, it is the scientific term for what we do.
